Easy returns: Save your receipt
For returns, exchanges, or refunds, bring your Tire Product* to any Canadian Tire Associate Store within 90 days of purchase, in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by your receipt and issue of Canadian Tire "Money"®. Credit to the original method of payment or a store credit will be provided as required. Your name, residential address and phone number will be required. Returns without the original receipt or packaging will only be accepted at Canadian Tire's discretion. If a Tire Product is defective, the manufacturer's warranty will apply. This information is collected, used and retained to help prevent fraud, and in accordance with Canadian Tire's Privacy Policy.
Valid photo ID may be required to confirm this information.
- Restocking fees may be applied to customer returns of items that are not defective.
