Can I use my OE hardware when I buy new wheels?
Most aftermarket wheels, particularly alloy wheels, require different lug nuts and bolts than those used on your vehicle's original wheels, because they have smaller bolt holes. Furthermore, the bolt holes are sometimes drilled differently, so your original lug nuts may not seat properly when torqued. When purchasing wheels, be sure to consult with the experts in the Canadian Tire Auto Service centre for help in choosing the correct mounting hardware. Extra charges may apply.
