Shipping & Billing Terms for Tire Products*
- Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your order immediately at time of purchase. Should you wish to cancel your order, please call the Canadian Tire Customer Service team at 1-866-746-7287. Please note that once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled as a return at the Canadian Tire Associate Store you have designated for pickup.
- An order submitted by 5 pm EST usually ships by ground transportation from our fulfillment centre within two regular business days of order receipt. The number of days required for order processing and delivery is estimated, but is not guaranteed. Orders to small centres or remote locations may require extra shipping time. In addition, extreme weather conditions, seasonal peaks and other external factors may cause delivery delays. Upon delivery of your order to the store you selected you will be notified via e-mail that it is ready for pickup.
